Fully equipped milk processing line - Robomilkbar. This line is nearly new but well preserved. It has got max. 200 working hours in milk production and some hundred hours of simulation with water only.

1. Price of services

The supervision on assembly and commissioning can be provided by 3 Seller´s supervisors approx. 14 days incl. Travelling days at Buyer´s operation place as per Item 1.7. below “Price of the goods” table.

The return air-tickets, local transport, board and accommodation at European standard of the Czech supervisors shall be provided by the Buyer at his costs.

For Buyer´s operators we offer:

• free of charge – a training (max. 5 business days) course and personal take over of the technology in Czech Republic.

The Seller reserves the right to change the prices shall the extent of delivery not include offered items in offered quantity. 

Further exclusions from above prices:

- necessary supply of media, power, milk

- civil works and/or adjustments if required

- transport from Ulaanbaatar custom terminal to the site

- off-loading and positioning at the site

- lifting and manipulating and fixing the equipment at the site

- all not expressly mentioned

2. PRICE:

All prices mentioned above are to be understood in USD according to Incoterms 2010 FCA Manufact.Works, incl. packaging, legalization of Commercial Invoice by the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic, supervision of the installation, certificate of origin, pre-shipment inspection by SGS, however excluding transportation, training, customs clearance and customs duties upon import to Mongolia, banking charges at foreign bank, any taxes direct or indirect and any other charges and fees imposed on offered goods and services except for those levied by the Czech authorities. They furthermore exclude costs for any bank guarantees, and any civil works and civil works adjustments.

*The price for transportation will be specified after agreement of final extent of the offer and targeting the location (CFR Ulaanbaatar custom terminal) based on actual forwarder valid rates and charges.

3. PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

100% cash payment “net” from irrevocable and confirmed Letter of Credit opened in favor of the Seller with Československá obchodní banka a.s., Praha (SWIFT/BIC: CEKOCZPP) or Commerzbank AG Praha (SWIFT/BIC: COBACZPXXXX) and valid for stipulated delivery time plus one month, payable at sight after dispatch against following dispatch documents: 

• Commercial Invoice (legalization by the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic of 1 one origin plus 3 copies)
• Transport Bill of Lading
• Certificate of Origin (legalization by the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic of 1 one origin plus 3 copies)
• Packing list.

Separate L/C for services can be opened to shorten necessary validity of L/Cs. In such case L/C for services must be opened not later than within 21 days after B/L for goods delivery, in every case before the departure of supervisors of the Bidder.

*Further details of the L/C to be agreed during the process of the Contract signing.

4. DELIVERY TERMS:
   Within 1 month after an operative L/C is received by the Offerer dispatch from the manufacturing works in Czech Republic or 100% advance payment is received by the Head office of B.G.M. export.

Delivery terms to be acc. to INCOTERMS 2010:

The transportation costs will be calculated later on based on the final agreed scope of the technology machinery and clarification of delivery term by the Buyer.

5. GUARANTEE:

The Guarantee period is 6 (six) months from the date of commissioning but no longer than 12 months from the date of delivery being the B/L date.

The Bidder guarantees proper workmanship, used material and purposeful design.

The Bidder confirms that the offered materials are nearly new and that the materials will be identical with the offer and technical conditions.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

If not stipulated otherwise the enclosed ”General conditions of deliveries for export” and “General conditions and terms of supervision on erection and technical assistance” issued B.G.M. export, a.s. are valid.

8. VALIDITY OF THE OFFER:

This informative offer is valid 3 months from the date of issuing.
