- The 22nd Meeting of Mongolia-Russia Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation will take place on May 28-30 in Ulaanbaatar city. At the meeting, the sides will discuss implementation of decisions made at the previous meeting and cooperation in the areas of trade, economy, infrastructure, transport, mining, energy and humanitarian. In particular, it is planned to discuss extension of Thermal Power Plant No.3 and Thermal Power Plant No.4, reforms in Ulaanbaatar Railways joint venture and implementation of Healthy Livestock program.

- The Cabinet approved turning-points and coordinates of most common mineral's exploration and mining sites that are necessary for basic structure construction works of 414.6 km auto road in route Tavantolgoi-Zuunbayan. Governors of Umnugobi and Dornogobi were obliged to give rights to use common minerals in this site to legal body who will conduct basic structure works of the railroad.

- The Cabinet resolved to finance necessary budget for formulating blueprint of new buildings of the Grand Theatre of National Arts, the State Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet and the National Library of Mongolia, which will be started erecting next year, from the Government reserve fund.

- The Cabinet supports a bill on Intergovernmental Agreement on Air Relations to be established with the Hellenic Republic and the Republic of Azerbaijan. Minister B.Enkh-Amgalan received the right to sign the agreement.
