State budget expenditure and net lending increased by 18.7%, or MNT 2.1 trillion, compared to the same period in 2025. Capital expenditure recorded the strongest growth, rising 72.5% to MNT 1.9 trillion, led by higher spending on construction projects, major repairs, and other capital investments.
