The EZ-DS double suction pump series is used for high-flow water transfer, municipal drainage, flood control, irrigation and industrial circulation. The EZ-SC horizontal split case pump series is suitable for high-flow delivery, industrial cooling water, long-distance water transfer and firefighting standby applications.
For low-head and high-flow drainage, the EZ-MF mixed flow pump series can be used for flood control, canal replenishment, raw water transfer and irrigation drainage. For high-head applications, the EZ-MS multistage pump series is suitable for mine dewatering, pressure boosting, long-distance pipeline transfer, high-pressure water supply and mountainous water projects. The EZ-SL slurry pump series is designed for tailings, dredging, sand extraction, sludge, ash slurry and abrasive media transfer. The EZ-DW deep well and vertical turbine pump series is used for boreholes, deep groundwater extraction, off-grid irrigation, rural water supply and mine water supply.
Diesel Engine and Control System Matching
According to the pump model, shaft power and site conditions, Enerzip can match suitable diesel engine platforms such as Cummins, Perkins, Deutz, Weichai or other suitable engine options. The diesel engine power is selected with a proper power margin and service factor to support stable operation under the confirmed duty point.
Control systems can be configured with DSE, ComAp, DEIF or SmartGen controllers according to project requirements. Available protection and monitoring options may include engine protection, high temperature alarm, low oil pressure shutdown, pressure monitoring, dry-running protection, safety shutdown logic, remote signal output and basic operation monitoring.
Integrated Pump Package
Enerzip diesel engine water pumps can be supplied as integrated pump packages. The pump, diesel engine, radiator, exhaust system, coupling, base frame, controller, fuel tank, protective devices and monitoring options can be assembled as one complete unit according to the confirmed project scope.

Lifting points, fuel tank position, piping connection direction, controller position, exhaust layout and maintenance access can be adjusted according to the installation site.
