High Voltage Generators Manufacturer Enerzip supplies high voltage generator sets for large industrial and infrastructure power projects where low-voltage power distribution is not practical. These generator sets are designed for sites with long cable distances, large motor loads, high power demand or existing medium-voltage electrical networks.
The power range covers 275 kVA to 3750 kVA. Available medium-voltage outputs include 3.3kV, 6.3kV, 6.6kV, 10.5kV, 11kV and 13.8kV according to project requirements. Compared with low-voltage output, direct medium-voltage generation can help reduce current, cable size, voltage drop and thermal loss, especially in projects with long-distance power distribution or large industrial loads.
Enerzip high voltage generator sets include C Series, M Series, MS Series, P Series, W Series and Y Series platforms. Engine platforms can include Cummins, MTU, Shanghai Mitsubishi, Perkins, Weichai, Yuchai or other suitable diesel engine options according to the project scope. The final model should be selected based on required kVA/kW, voltage level, frequency, load type, largest motor size, operating mode, site temperature, altitude and project budget.
Available configurations include open type, sound-attenuated/weatherproof type and containerized Power House solutions. For outdoor or remote industrial projects, containerized high voltage generator systems can be configured with generator room, switchgear room, control section, ventilation layout, cable entry arrangement and maintenance access according to site conditions.
According to the electrical system design, Enerzip can configure high-voltage alternators with form-wound coils and VPI insulation, VCB switchgear, CT/PT metering, protection relays, interlock logic, synchronization control, load sharing, paralleling systems, grid-parallel control and remote monitoring interfaces.
High voltage generator sets are commonly used in mines, data centers, oil and gas facilities, industrial plants, water infrastructure, large pumping stations, industrial parks, utilities, airports, transport hubs, large campuses, microgrids and multi-unit power stations.
High voltage generator projects usually require more engineering confirmation than standard low-voltage generator sets. Before production, the voltage level, MV switchgear scope, protection relay functions, CT/PT ratios, earthing arrangement, cable entry direction, synchronization logic, cooling layout, enclosure type and FAT/SAT testing requirements should be clearly confirmed.
For projects with large motors such as pumps, crushers, compressors, chillers, conveyors or large HVAC loads, the motor starting method, largest motor power, load step, voltage dip and load sequence should be checked before confirming the generator capacity. For multi-unit or grid-connected systems, synchronization logic, protection settings, metering requirements and local grid connection requirements should also be confirmed before production.
Before shipment, Enerzip checks the generator set according to the confirmed order scope. Inspection items may include wiring, insulation arrangement, controller settings, protection logic, switchgear interface, cooling layout, enclosure condition and basic operational performance.
