Enerzip 800 kW / 1000 kVA Diesel Generators Powered by Perkins Engines are designed for industrial prime power, standby power and emergency backup power applications. This generator model is suitable for factories, mining sites, oil and gas facilities, data centers, hospitals, commercial buildings, construction projects, manufacturing plants and other applications requiring reliable three-phase diesel power.
This Enerzip diesel generator is powered by a Perkins 4008-30TAG2 diesel engine and matched with a high-efficiency brushless alternator, intelligent generator controller, heavy-duty steel base frame, industrial exhaust silencer, radiator cooling system and standard protection devices. The generator can be supplied as an open type, silent type, containerized type or customized generator solution according to project requirements.
The generator is suitable for both prime power and standby power applications. It can be used as a single generator set or integrated with ATS panels, synchronizing panels, output cabinets, combining cabinets, distribution cabinets and remote monitoring systems for larger industrial power systems.
Power Rating and Operating Conditions
The prime power rating is designed for variable load applications where the generator may operate for an unlimited number of annual operating hours in accordance with ISO 8528-1. The standby power rating is designed for emergency power supply in variable load applications in accordance with ISO 8528-1. Overload is not allowed under standby power operation.
The nominal power rating is based on standard reference conditions, including 25°C air inlet temperature, 100 kPa barometric pressure and 30% relative humidity. For high ambient temperature, high altitude or special site conditions, generator output and cooling configuration should be confirmed according to actual project requirements.
