Enerzip 2000 kW / 2500 kVA Diesel Generators Powered by MTU Engines are designed for heavy-duty industrial prime power, standby power and emergency backup power applications. This generator model is suitable for data centers, mining sites, oil and gas facilities, large factories, airports, hospitals, commercial complexes, industrial parks, infrastructure projects and critical facilities requiring high-capacity three-phase diesel power.
This Enerzip diesel generator is powered by an MTU 20V4000 series diesel engine and matched with a high-efficiency brushless alternator, intelligent generator controller, heavy-duty steel base frame, radiator cooling system, industrial exhaust silencer, starting battery system and standard generator protection devices. The generator can be supplied as an open type, silent type, containerized type or customized power system according to project requirements.
The generator set model is M2750E5. Its prime power is 2000 kW / 2500 kVA and its standby power is 2200 kW / 2750 kVA. It can operate as a single high-power diesel generator or be integrated with ATS panels, synchronizing panels, output cabinets, combining cabinets, distribution cabinets, external fuel systems, remote monitoring systems and high-voltage power systems for large-scale industrial and emergency power projects.
Power Rating and Operating Conditions
The prime power rating is suitable for variable load applications where the generator may operate for an unlimited number of annual operating hours within the required maintenance intervals, in accordance with ISO 8528-1. The standby power rating is intended for emergency power supply in variable load applications when the mains power supply fails. Overload is not allowed under standby power operation.
The nominal power rating is based on standard reference conditions, including 25°C air inlet temperature, 100 kPa barometric pressure, approximately 100 m above sea level and 30% relative humidity.
