Views exchanged on transport of fuel from China www.montsame.mn
On September 21, Deputy Prime Minister S.Amarsaikahn, Minister of Finance B.Javkhlan, and Minister of Mining and Heavy Industry G.Yondon held a meeting with Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Mongolia Chai Wenrui to discuss the matter regarding the transport of fuel.
During the meeting, he highlighted the importance of urgently resolving the sector’s pressing issue and exchanging information with the side of China in advance.
Furthermore, the Chinese Ambassador expressed that corresponding authorities of China are comprehensively carrying out cooperation in order to increase the amount of coal being imported into the country as well as the number of vehicles and containers entering through border checkpoints as a result of the talks held between State Councilor, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and Deputy Prime Minister S.Amarsaikhan during the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit that took place in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
