Chairman of the State Great Khural of Mongolia Amarbayasgalan Dashzegve is paying an official visit to the People's Republic of China on February 24-27, 2025.
On February 25, Chairman of the State Great Khural of Mongolia Amarbayasgalan Dashzegve and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC) of the People’s Republic of China Zhao Leji held an official meeting.
Chairman of the State Great Khural of Mongolia Amarbayasgalan Dashzegve expressed satisfaction with paying his first foreign visit since assuming the post of Chairman of the State Great Khural to China, Mongolia’s eternal neighbor. The Speaker also conveyed greetings of President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa to President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping and Chairman of the NPC Standing Committee Zhao Leiji. Highlighting the pivotal role of inter-parliamentary relations and cooperation in the Mongolia-China Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, the Speaker expressed his satisfaction with the traditionally friendly relations between the two parliaments, as well as their active reciprocal visits and collaboration.
Welcoming Chairman of the State Great Khural of Mongolia Amarbayasgalan Dashzegve, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China expressed his satisfaction with the active and deepening relations and cooperation with Mongolia, China's good neighbor connected by mountains and rivers, in all sectors in recent years. Mr. Zhao Leiji noted that the frequency of high-level visits, talks, and meetings between the two countries has been increasing, and mutually beneficial trade and economic cooperation has been expanding, aligning the strategic development goals of the two countries. The Chairman of the NPC Standing Committee expressed his commitment to actively working towards the stable development of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the two countries.
